Mr. Khaled El Ghannam was a partner and the founder of the corporate finance division in Arthur Anderson in 1988 till 1993. Mr. Khaled EL Ghannam was the corporate finance and audit division head in Deliotte and Touché from 1993 till 2000, where he gathered wide experience between the financial due diligence, Financial transactions and corporate finance services. From 2002 till 2008, Mr. Khaled was the managing partner of Bayt El Khebra for consultancy, one of the largest firms in performing debt settlements that resulted in several M&A financial transactions. He was the principle member of the negotiation team handling the largest debt restructure operation that took place in Egypt and the middle east, i.e. Bahgat group and the Egyptian engineering group. In his career he concluded over 35 M&A deals. Also Mr. Khaled has attended full training courses in the fields of investment banking with Arthur Anderson in London, in addition to the full accounting, auditing and business administration training program in both Arthur Anderson and Deliotte and Touché. Mr. EL Ghannam is fellow member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors and a fellow member of the Egyptian society of Taxation and Arab federation for certified public Accountants.

Mrs. Said has over 20 years of diversified experience in the field of corporate finance, banking, investment banking & financial consultancy. During that period extensive experience was gained in credit analysis, financial management, investment appraisal & project finance. Mrs. Said attended many training programs & seminars organized by the following institutions: American University in Cairo, Banking Institute (Central Bank of Egypt). And Export Development Bank before joining Intelligent Way Capital Partners, she was credit manager in Export Development Bank of Egypt for 16 years and manager in Bayt El Khebra for financial consultancy for 4 years. She completed M&A transaction for strategic and Financial clients. Her transaction expertise covers a wide spectrum of sectors including education, healthcare, real estate and FMCG.

Mrs. El Ghannam has eight years of experience in the field of M&A, Corporate finance, Valuations and Financial Analysis. She earned her bachelor degree in 2008 in General Management with double major in Finance and accounting from the German University in Cairo. She has attended successfully the Corporate valuation and financial Modeling course-2017 at the American University in Cairo. In December 2008 :Mrs.El-Ghannam joined Khaled El-Ghannam and Co. for Accounting and Auditing. Before joining Intelligent Way Capital Partners in 2009. She was involved in several M&A deals,and has conducted several financial analysis, valuations and feasibility studies for companies in various sectors mostly Healthcare, Education and FMCGs.

Mrs. El Ghannam has six years of experience in the field of financial analysis and valuation studies. She earned her bachelor’s in general management with honors with double major in Finance and accounting form the German University in Cairo. She attended CFA level one courses. Prior joining Intelligent Way Capital Partners, she worked as a financial analyst US –aid funded project water policy and regulatory reform project (WPRR). Post project termination in Egypt , she joined Multiples Group private equity firm as an investment analyst, conducting several financial analysis valuation studies for companies in various sectors, mostly Education and Real Estate

Ms. Mourad started off her career in Maeesk Egypt Shipping Agency the world’s number one shipping line, as an accountant & went on diversifying her experience by moving between various sections of the “Finance & Economy” department being Treasury, Reporting & Controlling, and finally a senior credit controller in the Accounts Receivable section. She also took part in several off-shoring and transformation projects during her 10-year journey with the company before joining Intelligent Way Capital Partners in 2018. Ms. Mourad graduated from Faculty of Commerce, English section – Ain Shams University.
